Peplum is Love

Surprise, surprise!!! New hair for me :) Though I was a bit emotional losing my curly, brown hair... I know that I need to cut them. Anyway... I never thought that I would love wearing peplum skirt! I was a bit hesitant at first considering that I'm petite but thanks to heels I think I managed, haha!!! Thank you to my boyfriend who bought the skirt and white top... :)
