The First Step

i’m a dreamer. in fact, i think i dream a lot more than i take actions, haha! so my good friend daphne and i decided to create a vision (or inspiration board) that would be the first step towards achieving our dreams. you see, daph and i are both dreamers and whenever we talk it would be usually about what we want, where we want to be, our joys and frustrations… we are each other’s cheerleaders :) i know and believe that with faith and determination WE CAN realize these goals… and with God in our lives anything and everything is possible…

since i still have space left at the sides of my board, i decided to put inspirational phrases - something to boost me :) well, this side of my board shows a wedding (no less than the gorgeous kristine h. as the bride! i loved their wedding, it was really beautiful and intimate), a happy & complete family, places to go to… now who doesn’t want that??? :)

i want to have an active lifestyle (exercise, run, etc.), learn to cook and drive, learn/do something new (like scuba dive and ride a horse ), have a healthy body (haha!!!), take a road trip, explore the country, go overseas…. it’s free to dream right??? :)

i want to experience motherhood, be a great & cool mom while having a successful career :) read books, save & invest, have a beautiful home (Emily Thorne’s house i want!!!)

i hope that this board will really serve its true purpose - to inspire me :)) this will be my constant reminder of who i am and where i want to be (fingers crossed now…)

but hey, don’t get me wrong… i don’t want to limit myself by what’s posted in the board coz i know God has also planned something better for me and the world is offering limitless things to explore and enjoy… as much as possible i want to learn something new every in every chance i get, go to places, meet people, and just really live life to the fullest…

Day 02 - Where you’d like to be in 10 years

At 35, I still want to be here on Earth, hehe.. Kidding aside, I want a better me..a wiser, stronger, happier, and more beautiful (inside and outside) Darlz… :)

I’m hoping that when I read this blog 10 years from now… not only was I able to fulfill my wishes and dreams but I’m also living a fulfilled and content life… :)
